I have to find drug rehabilitation centers in Benicia, California. Help?
I’m interested in knowing how drug rehabs are being managed and how they hire workers as well as accept or reject patients. I want to know the principles that they abide by, as well as the treatment programs that they offer. I would like to interview someone who manages a drug rehab so that I may be able to compare how one drug rehab is different from another.

Drug Test Info. Employees, especially people who abuse drugs and who are drug addicts, may have to take a random drug test at their place of employment.
Some businesses demand applicants for employment submit to drug tests. Why would an anal test be required?
How many drug tests at one time should anyone have to take to satisfy any employer’s drug free policy for employment. Isn’t a blood test, urine test, and hair sample enough to prove your body is drug free? Why would an anal exam be required also? When is enough, enough? Isn’t a drug test requirement a violation of our civil rights?
A drug test isn’t a violation of your civil rights because no one is forcing you to submit to it. If you don’t want to submit to the drug test, then don’t apply for work at companies that request them.

Can I admit my 17 Year Old son into a drug rehab center without his permission?
My son is 17 years old, and has a severe drug addiction problem. He’s on nearly every Hallucinogen, and smokes marijuana daily. He won’t go into a drug rehab program, we’ve tried before. Can I commit him without his consent? I’ve heard before that at 17 he needs to sign a consent form, which he won’t. But there must be a way to get him help, he’s not even 18 yet. We live in Vermont if that helps. Thank you for your answers, we greatly appreciate them.
You can, but he won’t accept the help until he realizes he has a problem. You remember step number one to recovery is acknowledging you have a problem! So talk to him about it, try looking up drug progams he can go to Vermont, I did one where I live & it helped me alot. But try googling some.

How do i plan an intervention for my dad thats a drug addict?
When i was six my dad was put into jail for SIX YEARS. He’s been clean the year he got out (about two years ago) Now he is using drugs again. Meth. We barely talk, i live with his parents and i don’t get treated well. I miss my dad so much, i dont know what to do. I want to plan an intervention. Please help.
Contact Narcotics Anonymous they maybe able to direct you to people who do interventions. If they are not listed in your directory call phone information. You should attend a program for the families of drug addicts, they can help you deal with the whole situation, NA can tell you where to find those meetings.

Annoying insurance company/ rehab program?
Ok I have recently found god and become a strong christian. I came home after tons and tons of drug issues from college. My parents are very supportive and my mom is a strong christian. Two centers have been trying to help us with the insurance companies. I want to go to a christian rehab center and the one that has a very very good ministry outreach program was denied because it was not on their list of recommended centers. My whole life I have had to deal with big corporations I am so sick of them and usually have luck when calling them. How should me and my parents handle this issue with the insurance? I mean it is complete bs that we pay them tons of money and when it comes time to actually do their jobs they are refusing to. Is their someone we can call to help us deal with them or something? I really feel that I am being lead to be at this facility does anyone have any suggestions at all. Please just be kind in responses no bs just logical solutions to this problem.
It depends upon the type of plan you have. If you have the wrong plan you are out of luck.
If you have an HMO plan and the center is not in their network you cannot get them to pay. You can still go but you’ll have to pay.
If you have a PPO or a POS plan you can go and they’ll pay a smaller portion than if the center was in their network. You also may have a separate deductible.
If you have an indemnity plan you can go and they’ll pay.
